THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 1130 PM MST

* AT 820 PM MST...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD OVER
  FRESNAL CANYON...OR ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SELLS.

FLASH FLOODING OF THE FRESNAL...TOPAWA AND BABOQUIVARI WASHES ARE 
OCCURRING. HIGHWAY 10...WEST OF HIGHWAY 19 IS LIKELY IMPASSABLE. 
RAINFALL RUNOFF IN THESE WASHES WILL ALSO LIKELY CASE FLASH FLOODING 
ACROSS HIGHWAY 19. 

FLASH FLOODING IS PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT BECAUSE IT IS VERY
HARD TO SEE RISING WATER. IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD...TURN AROUND AND
TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING UPGRADES AND REPLACES THE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR THIS AREA.
