THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN AND EAST CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  SOUTHEASTERN PINAL COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 430 PM MST

* AT 120 PM MST...RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE VERY HEAVY RAIN IN THE 
  SANTA CATALINA MOUNTAIN RANGE AND THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE 
  RINCON MOUNTAINS. RAIN FALL AMOUNTS FROM AUTOMATED GAUGES INDICATED 
  NEARLY 2 INCHES ON MOUNTAIN LEMMON AT THE PALISADES RANGER STATION 
  WITH NEAR ONE INCH SABINO DAM.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING EXPANDS THE ONE ISSUED EARLIER FOR EAST 
CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY NORTHWARD TO SOUTHEAST PINAL COUNTY AND EXTENDS 
IT TO 430 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON.

NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD QUICKLY. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED 
AREAS OF AROUND BARRICADES. IF THE ROAD AHEAD IS BLOCKED...TURN 
AROUND AND TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE.

CAMPERS AND HIKERS ALONG CREEKS AND IN CANYONS NEED TO MOVE TO HIGH
GROUND IN ORDER TO ESCAPE THE FLOOD WATERS.
