THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NOGALES

* UNTIL 530 PM MST

* AT 325 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
  HEAVY RAIN 8 MILES SOUTH OF NOGALES.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS 
  NEARLY STATIONARY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAD BEEN OVER NOGALES
  SONORA MEXICO DURING THE PAST 45 MINUTES. THE MAIN CONCERN WILL
  BE THE NOGALES WASH WHICH FLOWS NORTH OUT OF MEXICO. HIGH FLOWS IN
  THE NOGALES WASH WILL LEAD TO FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSING DURING 
  THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. OTHER SMALL WASHES AND CREEKS WILL 
  EXPERIENCE HIGH FLOWS AS WELL.
