* AT 715 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 27 MILES WEST OF PAWNEE...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
