* AT 637 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM      
  WITH STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES WEST OF TALIHINA...MOVING EAST        
  SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.   THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A        
  TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
