* AT 600 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO OVER
  CHESTER. THIS DANGEROUS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...MOUNTAINBURG
  AND CHESTER.

THIS REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING PREVIOUSLY IN EFFECT.
