  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES
  NORTH OF HIWASSE TO 3 MILES EAST OF SILOAM SPRINGS...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
