  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 3 MILES
  WEST OF FORT GIBSON TO VIVIAN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN

OF MCINTOSH AND MUSKOGEE COUNTIES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.  
SEVERAL ROADS HAVE BEEN REPORTED CLOSED IN THE CITIES OF MUSKOGEE 
AND CHECOTAH.

MUCH WATER IS ON THE ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE THROUGH WATER
