* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
  SEBASTIAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 653 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  OVER WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS WHERE 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN 
  OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.  FLOODING OF HIGHWAY 217 HAS BEEN     
  REPORTED IN SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL   
  BE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 1000 AM CDT.
