  FLASH FLOODING FROM AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RURAL AREAS SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST OF CONCORDIA
  INCLUDING THE COMMUNITIES TO HUSCHER AND ST. JOSEPH
