* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL DICKINSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 720 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR HOPE. RUNOFF FROM THE      
  HEAVY RAIN HAS CAUSED WATER TO RUN OVER HIGHWAY 4 SOUTHWEST OF     
  HOPE.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER
MAY BE VERY DEEP. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
