* AT 1055 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN ANDERSON...CODDEY...AND FRANKLIN
  COUNTIES SINCE 8 AM THIS MORNING.  RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO THE
