THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN AMADOR COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA
  EAST EL DORADO COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 600 PM PDT

* AT 300 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN OVER THE 
POWER AND FREDS BURN AREAS. ABOUT AN INCH OF RAIN FELL OVER THE 
FREDS AND POWER FIRE AREAS EARLIER TODAY. THE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO 
CONTINUE WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN INTO THIS EVENING. THE RAIN 
WILL CAUSE MUD AND DEBRIS FLOW OVER THE FIRE AREAS. FIRE PERSONNEL 
AT THE TOP OF THE FREDS FIRE AROUND 6500 FEET HAVE REPORTED MINOR 
DEBRIS FLOW AT 3 PM. 

RESIDENTS IN AND NEAR THE AREA AFFECTED BY THE FREDS AND POWER 
WILDFIRES...INCLUDING THE COMMUNITIES OF KYBURZ AND SILVER 
FORK...ARE ADVISED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND AWAY FROM DEBRIS AND THE 
FIRE AREA.
