THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE FARMINGTON BURN AREA

* UNTIL 1145 PM MDT

* AT 934 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE   
  TO HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER THE FARMINGTON BURN AREA IN CENTRAL 
  DAVIS COUNTY.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN DEBRIS AND MUD FLOWS IN 
THE VICINITY OF THE FARMINGTON FIRE BURN AREA. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING ALONG WITH MUD AND DEBRIS 
FLOWS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG THE
