THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE FARMINGTON BURN SCAR

* UNTIL 225 PM MDT

* AT 1217 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY...OR ABOUT 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  FARMINGTON.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE OVER THE BURN SCAR.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN DEBRIS AND MUD FLOWS IN 
THE AREA OF THE FARMINGTON FIRE BURN AREA. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING ALONG WITH MUD AND DEBRIS 
FLOWS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG THE 
PREVIOUSLY BURNED HILLSIDE SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO 
PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
