* AT 500 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED
FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA.
* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO NEW
HARMONY.
FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN NEW HARMONY...AND CONTINUES ALONG THE NORTH
FORK OF THE VIRGIN RIVER IN ZION NATIONAL PARK. IN ADDITION...FLASH
FLOODING WAS OCCURRING IN THE BEAVER DAM WASH AND ALONG THE SANTA
CLARA RIVER ABOVE THE GUNLOCK RESERVOIR.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING
OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF
CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THESE AREAS THROUGH
THIS EVENING.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
