* AT 430 PM MDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM    
  OVER THE BIG WATER AREA AND HIGHWAY 89.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT NEAR THE BIG WATER AREA 
SPECIFICALLY HIGHWAY 89. MOST FLOOD RELATED DEATHS OCCUR IN 
AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER COVERED 
BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW WATER CROSSINGS. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A
