* AT 538 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 4 MILES EAST OF
  TALPA...OR ABOUT 13 MILES WEST OF COLEMAN...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
