THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  HEMPSTEAD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 145 PM CDT

* AT 1225 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE
  HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE
  LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  WASHINGTON TO 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HOPE...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED SOME WEAK ROTATION WITHIN ONE STORM NEAR
BLEVINS. WHILE NOT IMMEDIATELY LIKELY...A TORNADO MAY STILL DEVELOP. 
IF A TORNADO IS SPOTTED...ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY
