* AT 746 AM CDT...SHREVEPORT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES WEST OF IDABEL...
  OR IN THE GARVIN AREA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES
  THAT FROM TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST
  TWO HOURS...AND ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES IS POSSIBLE IN THE
  GARVIN AREA.
