THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY     
  SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY 
  ORANGE COUNTY 
 
* UNTIL 200 AM PDT

* AT 1055 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF ORANGE COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES IN 
EXCESS OF ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR. THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MOVE   
INTO THE INLAND EMPIRE ACROSS NORTHERN RIVERSIDE AND SOUTHWEST SAN 
BERNARDINO COUNTY...INCLUDING THE FIRE BURN AREAS THROUGH 2 AM. 

A BAND OF HEAVIER RAINFALL WITH RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH 
PER HOUR WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WARNING AREA BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 2 AM.
