SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...FOREST FALLS...UPLAND...SAN BERNARDINO...RIALTO... REDLANDS...RANCHO CUCAMONGA...ONTARIO...MONTCLAIR...HIGHLAND... FONTANA...COLTON...CHINO * UNTIL 600 AM PDT * AT 1145 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN OVER LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOVING EAST INTO SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY.
