THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 730 PM PDT

* AT 642 PM PDT...RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 5 MILES WEST OF OCOTILLO WELLS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED
  ALONG HIGHWAY 78 NEAR AND JUST WEST OF OCOTILLO WELLS THROUGH 730
  PM. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE EAST AT 10 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
