* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...
IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY THIS INCLUDES THE AREAS IN AND AROUND THE
BURN AREAS.
IN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY THIS INCLUDES THE AREAS IN AND AROUND
THE BURN AREAS.
* UNTIL 1200 AM PST MONDAY MORNING.
* AT 940 PM PST...MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS THE BURN
AREAS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY. THIS RAIN IS FORECAST TO DECREASE IN
INTENSITY BY MIDNIGHT.
ACROSS SOUTHWEST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY RAIN TOTALS HAVE APPROACHED
FIVE INCHES IN 24 HOURS...WITH SOME MINOR FLOODING AND MUDFLOWS
DURING THE DAY. RAINFALL IS DECREASING IN INTENSITY...BUT EVEN SMALL
AMOUNTS OF RAIN IN SATURATED SOILS CAN CONTRIBUTE TO ADDITIONAL
FLOODING THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS ARE POSSIBLE WHERE FLOOD WATERS MOVE THROUGH
THE BURN AREAS.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
