ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI. * UNTIL 1115 PM CDT. * AT 1037 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A LARGE AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTH OF OSCEOLA...OR ABOUT 19 MILES NORTH OF STOCKTON...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHEASTERN ST.
