* AT 652 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH 
  STRONG ROTATION AND TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A LARGE      
  ROTATING WALL CLOUD WITH A FUNNEL CLOUD JUST SOUTHEAST OF MOUNT    
  VERNON...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
