PHELPS COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI. * UNTIL 415 PM CDT. * AT 322 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
