  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTH OF CULLEN...OR
  ABOUT 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF PHENIX...MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  MADISONVILLE.

THE THUNDERSTORMS THAT CREATED FLASH FLOODING IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY 
HAS EXITED THE WARNED AREA.  THEREFORE...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
HAS BEEN CANCELED.

RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS COULD CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS 
THIS EVENING...ESPECIALLY IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.  EXERCISE CAUTION
