THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL LASSEN COUNTY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 745 PM PDT

* AT 645 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM A SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS NORTHEAST OF 
SUSANVILLE BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 139 AND HIGHWAY 395 INCLUDING 
BELFAST ROAD AND WILLOW CREEK.  ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN EXTENDED 
FROM NEAR WENDEL TO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF WENDEL. AN INCH TO 1.5 
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN THESE AREAS SINCE 530 PM.

* THE STORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING WILL 
MOVE SLOWLY NORTH AND REAMIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS AND RURAL ROADS.
