* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN MONO COUNTY IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF COLEVILLE

* UNTIL 800 PM PDT

* AT 600 PM PDT...STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS ALONG HIGHWAY 395 BETWEEN 
  WALKER AND COLEVILLE AND BETWEEN DEVILS GATE SUMMIT AND            
  BRIDGEPORT WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL. A TRAINED WEATHER        
  SPOTTER IN COLEVILLE REPORTED 1 INCH OF RAIN BETWEEN 445 AND 545   
  PM. ADDITIONAL LOCAL RAINFALL UP TO AN INCH COULD OCCUR WITH THESE
  STORMS THROUGH 8 PM. 

PEOPLE TRAVELING ON HIGHWAY 395 IN NORTHERN MONO COUNTY SHOULD USE 
EXTREME CAUTION THIS EVENING. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY
