  SOUTH CENTRAL WASHOE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA

* AT 405 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* THE STORMS PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL BE MAINLY OVER RURAL      
  AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS AND COUNTRY ROADS. ROCK SLIDES ARE POSSIBLE
