* AT 230 PM MDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS OVER CENTRAL BENT
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 27 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAMAR...AND WAS MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE...
