* AT 514 PM MDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS OVER CAMPO...OR ABOUT 18
  MILES SOUTH OF SPRINGFIELD...AND WAS MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE...
  6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF VILAS AND 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SPRINGFIELD BY
