* AT 1025 PM MDT...A RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS OVER EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN PROWERS COUNTY...
  OR ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF JOHNSON CITY...AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST
  AT 35 MPH.
