* AT 338 PM MDT...A RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS OVER SOUTHEASTERN BACA COUNTY...OR ABOUT 15
  MILES WEST OF ELKHART...AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
