* AT 630 PM MDT...A RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 14 MILES NORTH
  OF LAMAR TO 22 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAMAR...AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 30
  MPH.
