* AT 548 PM MDT...A RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS 7 MILES SOUTH OF LAS ANIMAS...OR ABOUT 19
  MILES EAST OF LA JUNTA...AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
