* AT 1253 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED OVER DEL NORTE...AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

  ALONG HIGHWAY 160 FROM DEL NORTE TO MONTE VISTA THROUGH 200 PM MDT
