* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 910 PM EDT

* AT 821 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS TO
  60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  MIDDLETOWN...OR ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NEWARK...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 35 MPH. A TRACTOR TRAILER WAS OVERTURNED BY THE THUNDERSTORM
  ALONG THE CECIL HARFORD COUNTY LINE.
