  NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE.
  KENT COUNTY IN CENTRAL DELAWARE.

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 648 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR CLAYTON...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  DOVER...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  SMYRNA BY 700 PM EDT...
