  BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* AT 103 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR NEWTOWN...OR ABOUT 7 MILES
  WEST OF TRENTON...AND MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM TOPPLED
