* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 318 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS TO 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  MIDDLETOWN...OR ABOUT 18 MILES SOUTH OF NEWARK...AND MOVING
