THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CECIL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 307 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND EASTERN   
  PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. FLOODING IS POSSIBLE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,  
  THE BIG ELK CREEK AS WELL AS THE OCTORARO CREEK. A NATIONAL        
  WEATHER SERVICE SPOTTER REPORTED MOVING WATER ON HOWARD ROAD.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
