* AT 454 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN IN THE VICINITY OF BRICK TOWNSHIP AND LAKEWOOD. RAIN IS 
  EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL ABOUT 600 PM...AND THIS RAIN WILL ONLY
  AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING PROBLEMS.


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES

FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG THE PERKIOMEN CREEK IN UPPER MONTGOMERY 
COUNTY. STREET FLOODING IS ALSO BEING REPORTED IN UPPER BUCKS
COUNT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
