THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 725 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT RAINFALL    
  HAS EXCEEDED TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN   
  SUSSEX COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER THE     
  NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE MANY LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE 
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS 
FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT ONLY TAKES A FEW INCHES OF 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
