* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT

* AT 510 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE   
  COUNTY NEAR STRAUSSTOWN...OR ABOUT 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF           
  READING...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE EXCEEDED 2.5 INCHES. ANOTHER 1 
TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
