THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE
   
* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 150 PM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS KEEP ON
  REDEVLOPING OVER SOUTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY. SO FAR UP TO
  2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR IN AND AROUND
  THE BOHEMIA RIVER. THUNDERSTORMS ARE DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTHEAST
  AND WILL BRING TORRENTIAL RAINS TOWARD WILMINGTON DURING THE NEXT 
  HOUR.
  
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
