THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS EXTENDED THE
  
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR ALL OF...
  SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT

* AT 212 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED 
  FLOODING IN THE BETHANY AREA WITH TWO ROADS CLOSED. A CLUSTER
  OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE 
  THROUGH THE COUNTY...PARTICULARLY THE SOUTHERN PART OF IT OVER
  THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS. ADDITIONAL RAINS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE
  LIKELY. STORM TOTALS IN THE COUNTY ARE ALREADY ESTIMATED TO BE UP
  TO FOUR INCHES.

ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
