  WESTERN CAMDEN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

  VERY HEAVY RAIN FALLING AT THE RATE OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR     
  NEAR THE CITY OF CAMDEN. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE
