BURLINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 745 PM EDT * AT 440 PM EDT...HEAVY RAINS WERE CONTINUING OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTY...AND MORE RAIN WAS OCCURRING JUST UPSTREAM OVER GLOUCESTER AND CAMDEN COUNTIES. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL CONTINUE OVER BURLINGTON COUNTY FOR AT LEAST THROUGH 530 PM.
